START / LATE FEES: If the scheduled start time is not kept for any reason on your part, there will be a fee of $2 per minute. If this occurs, we may not be able to accommodate all of the services you confirmed for and you will still be responsible to pay 80% of the fee per service so DON’T BE LATE!

Start times prior to 7AM for Broward County will incur a $10 fee for every half hour. Start times prior to 8AM for Dade and West Palm Beach County will incur a $10 fee for every half hour. If services are deducted at the time of the event OR after confirming a final head count , you will be responsible for 80% of the price for those services canceled. Please understand we book enough time for EVERY service in EVERY party accordingly.

PAYMENTS: You must pay in full a minimum of 10 business days prior to the event. We unfortunately cannot accept checks or credit cards the day of the event. Additional services may be added if time permits and CASH only will be collected the day of for those additional services. Although we do our best to send the stylists you had at trial, we cannot guarantee this due to circumstances that might happen beyond our control. For this purpose, several before and after photos are taken and detailed notes are written on our copy of the contract.

GRATUITIES are not included in our prices and are greatly appreciated. For your convenience, a 20% gratuity charge per person will be added for parties of 3 or more.

VALET AND SELF PAY PARKING CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED

If contracting outside of South Florida, all parties must be paid in full online 5 days prior to the event, we unfortunately cannot accept checks or credit cards. Any additional services added the day of the event, cash will be collected upon services rendered.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Travel fees apply.

By signing this service agreement means I understand and agree to the terms of this contract.
